A haiku: To move your body. Any which way. Wiggle. Shake. Dance. Play play play play.
Yoga with me tomorrow!! 9 am vinyasa and 1030 primary series. Come get your sweat on. Bring your body, a towel, and your favorite rock. I love you. #yoga #yogavermont (at Yoga Vermont)
I often hear students talk about what they “should” be doing. That they should practice more often, or more vigorously. That they should do this or shouldn’t do that.
Do what you want to do. If practicing makes you feel good, do it. If it doesn’t, then don’t. Yoga isn’t a chore, and it isn’t supposed to be a source of guilt in your life. Your practice is your business. Do what you can, not what you think you should. Practice to feel good, to breathe deeply, to connect your mind and body. Practice for yourself, for your own well-being. Enjoy your yoga. And be well. Be love. Be grateful. (at Yoga Vermont)

Three yoga classes later, my arms are useless. I can hardly lift this spoonful of peanut butter to my mouth. I am so happy. I fucking love yoga. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (at Yoga Vermont)
Dear Vermont, thank you for the views. For the strawberries, tomatoes, arugula, and cheese. Thank you for the sunshine. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Love, Jacey

Yoga everywhere, all the time. #hayisforhorses
Ozziecat, ever the gentleman, shields his eyes while I practice handstands naked in my bedroom. “I’d really prefer it if I wasn’t constantly subjected to viewing your nude form falling out of arm balances. I think the neighbors would agree.” Tough shit, Ozziecat, the naked yoga continues. ✌️
